Expressions To Trial Open – 2025 State Squads
Bowls SA is calling athletes for nominations to be considered for the State Squads in 2025.
Squads for Consideration:
- Under 18s
- Para
- Over 60s
- Open
Males and females who wish to be considered for the 2025 program will need to submit an ‘Expression to Trial’ form (below) by no later than midnight Sunday 8 December 2024.
Please note:
- The national sides championships will be held November 2025 in Tasmania
- Expressing your interest to trial does not guarantee you will be invited to trial
- First trial will be 15 December 2024.
- Further dates will be communicated to you if you progress
Squad Details
Under 18s
- You may be considered for both Under 18s and Opens (must indicate for both on the form)
- Parent or guardian permission must be provided at the time of submitting the form
Para
- May be considered for both Para and Opens (must indicate for both on the form)
- Must provide classification details (if known)
Over 60s
- May be considered for both Over 60s and Opens (must indicate for both on the form)
Open Squads
- The intention is to provide an opportunity to trial in front of the state coaches and selectors with a view to identifying players with the potential to represent the state in the short or mid-term
